Handspun Cricula Silk Yarn

Cricula is a rare silk from Indonesia. The cocoons are golden in color.

To make the yarn the cocoons are fluffed out and then the yarn is hand-spun. This creates a thick and thin yarn that will give a lovely texture to your weaving. It is not appropriate for a warp.

Each skein weighs approximately 3.125 ounces and is approximately 525 yards in length.
