Natural Dyes - Hopi Black Sunflower Seeds
$ 10.00
The Hopi Black Sunflower Seeds have been used by Hopi Native Americans to make a dye for wool, cotton, and basketry fibers.
Easy to use in eco-printing and bundle dyeing.
These seeds are from my dye garden, where the plants were grown organically.
For growing, in my testing, they have a high germination rate.
They are much loved by Gold Finches and pollinators.
1/8 ounce has approximately 50 seeds.
1/4 ounce has approximately 100 seeds.
