Natural Dyes - Liquid Scour

Liquid Scour is designed for use with cellulosic fibers. It is important to thoroughly clean cellulosic fibers prior to dyeing, You need to remove not only man-made additives but the natural waxes in the fibers as well.

• It is also used as part of the degumming process of Silk along with Silkzorb.
• Scour used in combination with Soda Ash and heat thoroughly cleans cellulose fibers and bast fibers, removing excess wax and other materials which could inhibit the take-up of dye.
